These draft terms describe use of the Aalya storefront and order submission. Business identification and the effective date remain subject to confirmation. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights applicable to your purchase.

Using the website

Use the site lawfully and provide accurate, current contact and delivery information. You must have the legal capacity or authorisation needed to place an order. Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, submit fraudulent orders, or copy content in breach of applicable rights.

Products, images & availability

Product descriptions, sizes and images are intended to help you choose. Colours and appearance can vary with screens and lighting; this does not excuse materially inaccurate descriptions or affect rights for non-conforming goods. Availability can change. A cart selection or payment-pending order does not reserve stock.

Prices & payment status

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the site. Checkout verifies current item prices and applicable shipping charges before submission. If a material pricing or availability error is found, Aalya may seek your agreement to a correction or decline the order, subject to applicable law. Customs and import treatment must be confirmed in the Shipping & Returns Policy.

Live payments are not active. Apple Pay, Benefit and card payments are not available in the current checkout. A submitted order remains payment pending and does not confirm payment. Any future payment methods will be offered only after activation, with the applicable provider and terms disclosed.

Submitting & accepting an order

Submitting an order asks Aalya to supply the selected items. The reference or payment-pending receipt acknowledges that submission; it is not final acceptance, a stock reservation or a dispatch promise. Acceptance requires a separate confirmation from Aalya after availability, order details and any activated payment requirements are checked. Orders may be declined for unavailable stock, incorrect information, suspected fraud or inability to fulfil, in accordance with applicable law.

Cancellations, delivery & returns

For corrections or cancellation requests, contact support promptly with your order reference. Whether a change can be made depends on processing and dispatch status and your legal rights. Delivery, damaged or wrong items, returns, refunds and any exchanges are addressed in the Shipping & Returns Policy. No funds are collected by the current checkout, so there is no online payment to refund for a payment-pending submission.

Content & intellectual property

The Aalya name, site design, text and images are protected by the rights of their respective owners. Personal browsing does not transfer those rights or authorise commercial reuse, except as permitted by law or with the relevant owner's permission.

Service availability & responsibility

We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but uninterrupted or error-free service cannot be guaranteed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, responsibility for losses will be assessed in light of their cause, foreseeability and the parties' obligations. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable obligations for defective goods, fraud or mandatory consumer protections.

Governing law & updates

The business must confirm the governing law and dispute forum. This placeholder does not select a jurisdiction or waive protections that apply to you. Updated terms will be published with their effective date; changes will not retrospectively remove rights already accrued. Contact support about any concern.
